Zentro Finance — Terms, Disclosures & Operating Framework

§1. This document (the "Agreement") constitutes the complete and binding framework governing the relationship between Zentro Finance ("Zentro", "the Protocol", "we") and any natural or juridical person accessing the Zentro interface (the "Member", "you"). By transmitting an invitation code you affirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted each provision herein.

§2. Eligibility & Onboarding

Access to the Protocol is granted exclusively through cryptographically-issued, single-use invitation credentials. Each credential is non-transferable, non-custodial, and is consumed upon successful enrolment. Zentro reserves the unilateral right to revoke, suspend, or invalidate any credential prior to consumption without notice, liability, or obligation of explanation.

§3. Custody & Settlement

Zentro operates a zero-knowledge settlement layer. Member balances are represented as cryptographic commitments and are reconciled against the underlying ledger on a continuous, best-effort basis. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a deposit relationship, a fiduciary duty, or an obligation of redemption beyond that expressly enumerated in §5.

§4. Membership Tiers

Membership is stratified into discrete tiers, each conferring a distinct schedule of limits, rewards, and entitlements. Tier parameters are dynamic and may be adjusted at the sole discretion of the Protocol to preserve systemic integrity. Any Basic Membership acquired prior to the general availability of a higher tier shall be eligible for automatic elevation, subject to §2 and §6.

§5. Fees & Refund Policy

Enrolment fees are assessed once at the point of application and are fully refundable in the event an application is not approved. Approved memberships are final. The Protocol charges no recurring, maintenance, or dormancy fees, save for those network-level costs intrinsic to settlement.

§6. Risk Disclosure

Digital-asset products carry material risk, including total loss of value. The Member acknowledges that they alone bear responsibility for the security of their recovery credentials. Zentro cannot, and shall not, recover lost recovery seeds. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

§7. Governing Provisions

This Agreement is severable; the invalidity of any clause shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder. The Protocol's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver thereof. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
